The Austrian Grand Prix returns to the Formula 1 calendar for 2014.

Red Bull have claimed that the Austrian Grand Prix will return to the Formula 1 calendar for 2014.

The racing team currently owns the track in Spielberg, with the event last being held there in 2003.

"[Red Bull founder] Dietrich Mateschitz and Bernie Ecclestone have reached an agreement to the effect that Formula 1 will return to Styria next year," read an official statement.

It is believed that the Austrian Grand Prix will take place on July 6 next year.
