Felipe Massa taken to hospital following Monaco Grand Prix crash

Ferrari's Felipe Massa has been taken to hospital for checks after crashing out of the Monaco Grand Prix.

The Brazilian hit the barriers at Sainte Devote in a similar crash to that which prevented him from taking part in qualifying yesterday.

Television coverage showed Massa receiving attention from medics at the side of the track before being driven away in the medical car.

Nico Rosberg currently leads the race.
