Matty Blair heading for Portsmouth?

Portsmouth are reportedly close to securing the services of Matty Blair on a free transfer.

The 23-year-old featured on a regular basis for York City during the most recent League Two campaign, but he has not been offered a new contract by the Minstermen.

That news has alerted Pompey, who will meet with the winger tomorrow to discuss terms, according to PA Sport.

Blair had spent his entire career with non-league teams until he signed for York in 2011.
