Paddy Madden placed on transfer list by Yeovil Town

Paddy Madden has been placed on the transfer list by Yeovil Town.

Madden, who was League One's top goalscorer last season as the Glovers earned promotion via the playoffs, has failed to retain his starting place this campaign.

The Irishman and manager Gary Johnson had problems getting on but Johnson said earlier this month that he expected the striker to return to form after they had resolved their differences.

However, this latest move by the club, who revealed no further details, suggests that Madden's time at Huish Park will soon come to an end.
