Preview: West Ham United vs. Watford

West Ham United can bounce back to the top of the Championship table with a win over Watford tomorrow.

West Ham United have the chance to leapfrog Southampton to the top of the Championship table with a victory over Watford tomorrow.

Sam Allardyce's side are just one point below the Saints, while Watford could climb up the table with a win following their 3-2 win over Burnley on Saturday.

The Hammers are likely to start with Kevin Nolan in midfield after the former Newcastle United playmaker scored in the side's 2-0 win over Cardiff City at the weekend.

Nicky Maynard could make way for striker Carlton Cole, while James Tomkins and Sunderland loanee George McCartney are set to line up in defence.

Meanwhile, Sean Dyche could keep the same side that defeated Burnley. However a change in midfield could be made with Fulham loanee Alex Kacaniklic replacing Prince Buaben.

Current form:

West Ham: LWDWDW
Watford: WDWLLW

Possible lineups:

West Ham: Green; McCartney, Tomkins, Faye, O'Brien; Nolan, Collison, Noble, Lansbury; Cole, Vaz Te

Watford: Kuszczak; Hodson, Mariappa, Doyley, Nosworthy; Eustace, Kacaniklic, Murray, Hogg; Deeney, Garner

Sports Mole says: 2-1
