Sports Mole looks ahead to Tuesday's Championship meeting between Watford and Charlton at Vicarage Road.

Charlton Athletic will be desperate to end their winless streak on New Year's Day when they travel to Watford in the Championship.

The Addicks have been the worst-performing team in the division for the past six games with three defeats and three draws.

In contrast, Watford can pick up a fourth victory from seven matches as they look to keep themselves in the playoff places.

Fitz Hall is a major injury doubt for the home side, while Danny Haynes and Michael Morrison are both missing for Charlton.

Recent form:

Watford: WWLDWW

Charlton: DDLLLD

Possible lineups:

Watford: Almunia; Neuton, Pudil, Hoban, Chalobah; Ekstrand, Hogg, Anya, Abdi; Deeney, Vydra

Charlton: Hamer; Evina, Dervite, Solly, Cort; Jackson, Stephens, Pritchard, Wilson; Wright-Phillips, Kermorgant

Sports Mole says: 2-0
