Rain is forecast to affect several events on day two of London 2012.

Wembley Stadium 7.45pm: Men's football - Team GB vs. UAE
It is expected to rain heavily during the afternoon in North London, but the downpour should ease off in time for kickoff, with match-time temperatures between 15° and 16°.

Wimbledon 11.30am start: Tennis
Persistent rain is forecast all afternoon in SW19. Andy Murray is due on Centre Court around 2pm. Expect the roof to be closed.

Portland and Weymouth noon start: Sailing
Sunshine will be at a premium in Portland with intermittent showers forecast. Rain is expected to dominate at Weymouth too, however the sun may make a late appearance between 5pm and 6pm.

The women's team archery final at Lord's is also expected to be clouded by rain, while the women's road race should start dry but end very wet and slippery.

Football in Cardiff and Newcastle should be sunny, but significant rain is forecast in Glasgow and Coventry.
