Changes made for Switzerland, Poland

Switzerland have made one change for this afternoon's last-16 clash at Euro 2016, while Poland have made four alterations to the team.

Haris Seferovic comes into the fray for Switzerland, replacing Breel Embolo, who started in his side's goalless draw with France last weekend.

As for Poland, Jakub Blaszczykowski starts in midfield alongside Krzysztof Maczynski - both of whom were on the bench for their team's 1-0 victory over Ukraine.

The two remaining changes for Poland include the introductions of Lukasz Piszczek and Kamil Grosicki, while Robert Lewandowski keeps his spot up front with Arkadiusz Milik.

Switzerland: Sommer; Lichtsteiner, Schar, Djourou, Rodriguez; Behrami, Dzemaili, Xhaka; Shaqiri, Seferovic, Mehmedi

Poland: Fabianski; Piszczek, Pazdan, Glik, Jedrzejczyk; Blaszczykowski, Maczynski, Krychowiak, Grosicki; Milik, Lewandowski
