St. Mirren sign defender Illias Haddad

St. Mirren have signed defender Illias Haddad following a successful trial at the club.

Manager Danny Lennon had been looking for cover for Darren McGregor.

The 22-year-old, who can also play in midfield, had previously played for Dutch side Telstar.

Having picked up five points in their opening four games of the SPL, St. Mirren next face a trip to Hibernian on Sunday.
