Tottenham Hotspur make £30m bid for Kalvin Phillips?

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly launched another raid on Leeds United for midfield star Kalvin Phillips.

The Lilywhites have already handed over £9m to the Championship side for winger Jack Clarke, who will spend the 2019-20 campaign on loan at Elland Road.

According to The Mirror, they are now targeting another Leeds player in Phillips and have already tabled an opening offer of £30m.

Phillips was named in the EFL Team of the Season after starring for the Whites across his 44 starts last time out.

A number of other Premier League clubs have also been linked with the Leeds academy graduate, including Bournemouth, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Aston Villa and Newcastle United.
