How Tottenham could line up against Arsenal

Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to climb back above Arsenal in the Premier League table when they play host to their North London rivals on Sunday.

Jose Mourinho's men have won just two of their last eight league matches and have slipped down to ninth, one point and one place behind their opponents.

Spurs played out a hugely disappointing goalless draw with Bournemouth in their most recent outing - a match that saw them fail to register a single shot on target - and Mourinho may be tempted to make changes for Sunday's visit of Arsenal.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how the Lilywhites could line up this weekend.

While results have been disappointing for Tottenham, they have at least kept three clean sheets in their last four matches.

With Eric Dier being handed a four-match ban by the Football Association, the back five - including goalkeeper and skipper Hugo Lloris - is expected to remain unchanged.

Further forward, Mourinho is clearly not a fan of Tanguy Ndombele but he does have other midfield alternative, Gedson Fernandes among them, should he wish to freshen things up, though Dele Alli is a big fitness doubt.

It is in attack where changes are most likely, with Erik Lamela and Steven Bergwijn failing to make any impact against Bournemouth on Thursday.

Lucas Moura and Son Heung-min were brought on at the Vitality Stadium and are in contention to return here, either side of leading goalscorer Harry Kane.
