Jan Vertonghen says that Andre Villas-Boas can bring Champions League football to Tottenham Hotspur.

Jan Vertonghen has said that Tottenham Hotspur can qualify for the Champions League.

The Belgian believes that Andre Villas-Boas can lead the side to a top-four finish in the Premier League this season.

The 25-year-old told The Independent: "Yeah we can. Still we need to do a lot of work but we can get fourth.

"[Villas-Boas] loves attacking football. I think we have the ability to do that. I like him as a man, I think he's a very good man and he is good for the players."

Spurs are currently fifth in the table, level on points with fourth-placed Everton.

Tottenham face Swansea tomorrow.
