Report: Hugo Lloris ready for first-team return against Stoke City

Hugo Lloris is reportedly ready to return to the Tottenham Hotspur team against Stoke City this weekend.

Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris could make his first-team return against Stoke City on Saturday, according to reports.

The 28-year-old suffered a fractured wrist in pre-season and missed their 1-0 defeat to Manchester United on the opening day.

However, he played for the Under-21 side last night, and The Mirror claims that he could be in line for his first start of the season after proving his fitness.

Lloris is likely to compete with Michel Vorm for the place in the team.
