Southampton's Victor Wanyama is confident that the club can go beyond their best total of 52 points by the end of the Premier League season.
The Saints are currently eighth in the league table with 49 points and three games left to play.
"It's always good to challenge ourselves and if we can go beyond 52 then it would be a very good thing for us, so we just have to keep on working the same and we will be there," the Southern Daily Echo quotes Wanyama as saying.
Southampton have reached 52 points in the standings twice since the top flight changed to a 20-team league in the 1995-96 campaign.
