Aston Villa midfielder Chris Herd has withdrawn from the Australia squad for Wednesday's friendly with Scotland.
The 23-year-old was expected to make his senior international debut at Easter Road, however he will not travel with the team after sustaining a thigh strain.
Herd has now pulled out of three international squads through injury.
Socceroos coach Holger Osieck has not named a replacement.
