Lorenzo De Silvestri has said that Sampdoria are confident of securing a return to European competition next season.
The Blucerchiati are currently fourth in the Serie A table and sit four points below third-placed Lazio, who occupy the final Champions League qualifying spot.
"At this stage of the season, we definitely aim for Europe," he told Sky Sport Italia. "After meeting our first target, which was to avoid relegation, we've set ourselves a new one.
"Over these final 10 games we want to give everything and reach as far up as possible."
De Silvestri was on the scoresheet in Sampdoria's 2-0 win over Roma last week.
