Team News: Noel King names three in attack for Republic of Ireland

Republic of Ireland caretaker manager Noel King has decided to start Robbie Keane, Kevin Doyle and Anthony Stokes in attack against Kazakhstan this evening.

King has also given an opportunity to Darron Gibson, who will play alongside fellow Everton player James McCarthy in the middle of the park.
