Real Betis, Levante interested in loaning Real Madrid midfielder Lucas Silva?

La Liga sides Real Betis and Levante are showing interest in signing Real Madrid midfielder Lucas Silva on loan, according to reports.

Real Betis and Levante are interested in signing Real Madrid youngster Lucas Silva, according to reports in Spain.

Cadena SER suggests that Real Madrid want the former Brazil Under-21 midfielder to join a Spanish side on loan in order to boost his chances of gaining dual citizenship.

It is claimed that Levante and newly-promoted side Betis, managed by former West Bromwich Albion boss Pepe Mel, have both inquired over Silva's availability.

The 22-year-old signed for Real Madrid from Brazilian giants Cruzeiro in a €14m (£9.98m) deal in January and has since made nine appearances for Los Blancos.
