Real Madrid head into Wednesday's contest with Mallorca having moved ahead of Barcelona in the La Liga table.
Courtesy of Sunday's 2-1 success at Real Sociedad, Los Blancos sit at the top of the standings due to their head-to-head record against the Catalan giants.
However, with Barca hosting Athletic Bilbao a day earlier, Zinedine Zidane's team may have dropped back down to second spot come kickoff at the Alfredo Di Stefano Stadium.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up Madrid's latest injury and suspension news ahead of hosting their struggling opponents.
Luka Jovic
Status: Minor doubt Type of injury: Fractured foot Possible return date: June 24 (vs. Mallorca)
While Jovic has been missing since the resumption due to a fractured foot, the Serbian returned to training last week. Barring any late setbacks, the striker should feature in the squad for this game.
Nacho
Status: Out Type of injury: Thigh Possible return date: Unknown
Madrid revealed earlier this month that Nacho had picked up a thigh injury during a training session. While no specific timeframe has been revealed, the versatile defender is not expected to feature in the next two matches.
Sergio Ramos
Status: Major doubt Type of injury: Knee Possible return date: July 1 (vs. Getafe)
During the second half of the game at Sociedad, Ramos sustained a knee problem, leading to his withdrawal on the hour mark. While Zidane is hopeful that the issue is not serious, the Spaniard will almost certainly play no part on Wednesday.
Isco
Status: Out Type of injury: Hamstring Possible return date: Unknown
Isco has been ruled out until July due to a hamstring injury. A statement from Madrid revealed that the Spaniard's recovery "will continue to be assessed".
Lucas Vazquez
Status: Major doubt Type of injury: Calf Possible return date: June 28 (vs. Espanyol)
Continuing to nurse a calf problem, Vazquez has not featured for Real since the resumption. While the winger is said to be making good progress, he is unlikely to be risked for this game ahead of a potential appearance against his former club at the end of the week.
REAL MADRID'S SUSPENSION LIST
Casemiro
How many games?: One Possible return date: June 28 (vs. Espanyol)
Courtesy of a yellow card picked up against Mallorca, Casemiro will sit out the next game through suspension.
