How Paris Saint-Germain could line up against Angers

How PSG could line up against Angers

Paris Saint-Germain will have to make do without the suspended Neymar for Wednesday's Ligue 1 clash with Angers at the Stade Raymond Kopa.

The Brazil international is set to serve a one-match ban for an accumulation of yellow cards and picked up another caution for his outburst towards the officials in Sunday's Le Classique win over Marseille.

Lionel Messi, Presnel Kimpembe and Marco Verratti will also not be available after picking up fresh injury concerns, joining Layvin Kurzawa, Abdou Diallo, Leandro Paredes, Julian Draxler and Ander Herrera on the sidelines.

Keylor Navas has now recovered from an adductor issue, and with Gianluigi Donnarumma largely at fault for Marseille's equaliser last time out, the Italian could very well drop out of the side here.

Sergio Ramos and Juan Bernat both present fresh options for change in defensive areas amid the 72-hour turnaround, but Achraf Hakimi and Marquinhos will likely hold their places.

Danilo Pereira and Idrissa Gueye's spots in the midfield are seemingly safe, but the out-of-favour Georginio Wijnaldum could yet force his way into contention due to Verratti's absence.

With Neymar now watching on from the naughty step, the fit-again Angel Di Maria can expect to join compatriot Mauro Icardi and the free-scoring Kylian Mbappe in the final third.

PSG possible starting lineup: Navas; Hakimi, Marquinhos, Ramos, Bernat; Gueye, Pereira, Wijnaldum; Di Maria, Icardi, Mbappe
