Football League announces 2014-15 playoff dates

The Football League announces the date for all of this season's playoff fixtures, with the Championship final capping off the season on Monday, May 25.

The Football League has confirmed the kickoff time for all of this year's playoff matches.

The post-season ties in the Championship and Leagues One and Two will start with a League One semi-final double-header on the evening of Thursday, May 7 before culminating in the Championship playoff final on Monday, May 25.

Kickoff times have been confirmed following discussions with Sky Sports, who will broadcast each and every game live.

The three finals which will determine promotion all take place over the May 23-25 Bank Holiday weekend.

Football League playoff dates

Championship:

Semi-final first legs: Friday, May 8, 7.45pm; Saturday, May 9, 12.15pm

Semi-final second legs: Friday, May 15, 7.45pm; Saturday, May 16, 12.15pm

Final: Monday, May 25, 3pm

League One

Semi-final first legs: Thursday, May 7, 7.45pm (both matches)

Semi-final second legs: Sunday, May 10, 12.15pm; Monday, May 11, 7.45pm

Final: Sunday, May 24, 5.30pm

League Two

Semi-final first legs: Saturday, May 9, 7.45pm; Sunday, May 10, 6.35pm

Semi-final second legs: Thursday, May 14, 7.45pm (both matches)

Final: Saturday, May 23, 5.30pm
