June Champions League final as 2014-15 football calendar is released

The Football Association releases the 2014-15 football calendar, with everything pushed back because of this summer's World Cup.

The Football Association has released the football calendar for the 2014-15 season, with everything pushed back because of this summer's World Cup.

The Premier League season doesn't finish until May 24, while the Champions League final will take place in Berlin on June 6.

The Football League season starts on August 9, with the Premier League getting underway a week later on August 16.

Wembley will host the finals of the League and FA Cup, which take place on March 1 and May 30 respectively.

The June Champions League final is a day before England are due to take on the Republic of Ireland in an international friendly.
