Mark Hughes has made six changes in naming his first starting lineup as manager of Queens Park Rangers.

Jay Bothroyd will start today's trip to Newcastle United up front, while Paddy Kenny is fit again to play in goal.

Hosts Newcastle have made three changes to the side that beat Blackburn Rovers in the FA Cup, one of which has seen Shola Ameobi handed the opportunity to partner Leon Best in attack.
