Pardew: 'Ben Arfa has no future at Newcastle'

Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has confirmed that Hatem Ben Arfa has no future at the club, despite the termination of his loan at Hull City.

The 27-year-old moved to the KC Stadium on a season-long loan deal at the beginning of September after falling out of favour at Newcastle.

Ben Arfa has headed to his native France to work on his fitness after playing just eight times for the Tigers.

When asked about the prospect of him returning to Newcastle, Pardew told The Chronicle: "He won't be coming back here, that's all I can say."

Ben Arfa joined Newcastle from Marseille in 2010.
