Liverpool have reportedly joined the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain defender Thomas Meunier.
The 28-year-old's existing deal with the French champions is due to expire at the end of June, and it is understood that he will be leaving Thomas Tuchel's side on a free transfer this summer.
Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur have all been credited with an interest in the Belgium international, who has made 27 appearances for PSG during the 2019-20 campaign.
However, according to Le 10 Sport, Liverpool are now in the hunt for the experienced defender.
The report claims that the Reds view Meunier, who has been capped on 40 occasions at the international level, as the ideal back-up for Trent Alexander-Arnold in the right-back spot.
Meunier has won three league titles during his time at the Parc des Princes.
