Ashley Young could reportedly be back in action for Manchester United in six weeks' time following groin surgery.

Manchester United winger Ashley Young is reportedly in line to return to action in six weeks' time.

Last week, manager Louis van Gaal revealed that the England international will be sidelined for a "long time" as he requires groin surgery.

No specific timeline was given by the Premier League club, but according to the Daily Mail, Young could be back in the United team at the end of March.

The Red Devils are currently fifth in the Premier League table, five points adrift of a Champions League spot.
