Preview: Galatasaray vs. Manchester United

Sports Mole previews Tuesday's Champions League Group H match between Galatasaray and Manchester United in Turkey.

Galatasaray welcome Group H table-toppers Manchester United to Turkey on Tuesday needing the three points to keep their Champions League qualification hopes alive.

The Turkish outfit currently occupy third spot in the group with four points from their first four games, but they enter the match having lost to lowly Karabukspor in the league at the weekend.

United, meanwhile, have already qualified for the knockout stages after winning all four of their group matches to date, but they too suffered defeat at the weekend away to Norwich City.

The last time the two teams met in Turkey was in 1993 when United were eliminated from the competition after a 0-0 draw, while Michael Carrick scored the only goal as Sir Alex Ferguson's side recorded a 1-0 win at Old Trafford earlier in the season.

The home side have a virtually fully-fit squad to choose from and Emmanuel Eboue and Johan Elmander are both expected to start. Meanwhile, United will make wholesale changes with Phil Jones, Chris Smalling and Danny Welbeck expected to start.
