Lyon have a 1-0 half-time lead over Tottenham Hotspur in the second leg of their Europa League last-32 tie at the Stade de Gerland.

Lyon dominated after their goal as a lack of discipline from Spurs reduced the visitors to attacking on the break.

Tottenham created a rare opening with half an hour played, but Lisandro dragged his effort wide from 12 yards.

Spurs nearly snatched an equaliser in the 44th minute, only for Lewis Holtby's low strike to come back off the post.
