Luis Suarez responds to 'cheat' jibe from FIFA's Jim Boyce

Luis Suarez has responded to claims from Britain's FIFA representative Jim Boyce that he is a cheater.

Boyce went on to describe any form of cheating as a "cancer" within the game but Suarez isn't worried by his words.

Speaking to Argentinian radio, the Uruguay international said: "This guy (Boyce), I've no idea who he is.

"I don't know why he has been talking about me. He certainly can't be well-known and he wants to get publicity.

"Let him carry on talking. My job is to play football and to try to do so in the best way possible."

The Uruguayan FA have also responded to Boyce's claims.
