Leicester City striker Tom Hopper extends Scunthorpe United loan

Leicester City striker Tom Hopper has extended his loan at Scunthorpe United until the end of the season.

The 21-year-old has scored four goals in four games for the League One club following his arrival last month.

Hopper's current deal with Leicester is due to expire in 2016.

The youngster worked his way through the ranks at the King Power Stadium before signing his first professional contract in 2011.

Scunthorpe continue their league campaign on Saturday when they entertain Oldham Athletic.
