Leicester City have reportedly decided to keep Wes Morgan as the club's captain for next season.
Morgan holds legendary status at the King Power Stadium, with the long-serving defender having skippered the club to the Premier League title in 2016.
However, the 34-year-old - who has made 271 appearances for the Foxes since January 2012 - faces being relegated down the pecking order after Leicester signed Jonny Evans from West Bromwich Albion.
According to the Leicester Mercury, the East Midlands outfit are also looking to bring in another centre-back but Morgan will still retain the captain's armband.
The report suggests that Morgan will not feature on a regular basis during the next campaign, but will still continue with his leadership duties at the club.
