Half-Time Report: Juventus, Fiorentina remain level

Fiorentina and Juventus remain goalless following the first half of their Serie A clash.

Juventus and Fiorentina have headed into half time on level terms after both sides failed to score in the first half of their Serie A clash this evening.

Juan Cuadrado tried his luck from range early on, but his effort from the edge of the penalty area was blocked by Leonardo Bonucci.

Paul Pogba and Fernando Llorente both looked sharp for the Italian champions, but they struggled with their accuracy early on, firing well high of the crossbar.

Fiorentina came close again on the half-hour mark when Pogba gave away a free kick just outside the penalty area, but Matias Fernandez's free kick curled inches wide of the post.

Pogba was involved again down the other end before the break, but his through-ball intended for Patrice Evra failed to connect with the defender, allowing the hosts to clear the danger.
