Hartlepool United add Marvin Morgan on loan

Plymouth Argyle striker Marvin Morgan joins League Two strugglers Hartlepool on loan until the end of the season.

League Two strugglers Hartlepool United have signed Plymouth Argyle striker Marvin Morgan on loan until the end of the season.

The 31-year-old replaces Rakish Bingham, who was recalled by Mansfield Town earlier on transfer deadline day.

Morgan is expected to go straight into the Pools squad for Saturday's league game away to Portsmouth.

The experienced forward has scored two goals in 19 games for Plymouth so far this season.

Hartlepool are currently at the bottom of the League Two table, seven points adrift of safety.
