Johan Cruyff has hailed the impact Toni Kroos is having on Germany at this summer's World Cup in Brazil.
The Dutch legend admits that the performances of Joachim Low's side have impressed him, but he was keen to single out Bayern Munich midfielder Kroos for praise ahead of Tuesday's semi-final against the hosts in Belo Horizonte.
"Kroos is a wonderful player," he wrote in De Telegraaf. "He's doing everything right, the pace in his passes is great and he sees everything. It's nearly perfect.
"I'm impressed by Germany. Their passing, creating space and the way they use the goalkeeper.
"In footballing terms, they are outstanding."
Kroos is believed to be a target for a number of clubs this summer, with Real Madrid reported to be leading the chase for his signature.
