Sami Khedira hails Germany replacements

Sami Khedira has hailed the three players who came into Germany's starting lineup for Friday's quarter-final victory over Greece at Euro 2012.

Marco Reus, Andre Schurrle and Miroslav Klose all made an impact as Joachim Low's side claimed a 4-2 triumph over the 2004 winners in Gdansk.

"The changes we made were intended to surprise the Greeks, and I think all three of the new players did very well," Khedira told reporters.

Germany will face either England or Italy for a place in next month's final.
