New Everton signing Brian Oviedo has spoken of his desire to break into the starting XI.
Oviedo, a deadline day signing from FC Copenhagen, said that he was happy to have signed for the Blues and immediately set his sights on a starting berth.
"I am so very happy, this is a good opportunity for me," said Oviedo.
"My first ambition is to play in the first XI. I come here for this and to help the team. I need to come here and work so much because I know Everton have very good players and I need to train very well for a chance in the squad.
"This is a very good team and a big club."
The versatile Oviedo can play either as a left-back or on the left side of midfield.
