England to play Denmark friendly

The Football Association has confirmed that England will host Denmark in a friendly on March 5.

The match at Wembley Stadium will be the Three Lions' first of 2014 ahead of the World Cup in June.

It is part of an agreement that saw England travel to Copenhagen back in 2011.

Roy Hodgson's side play their final fixtures of 2013 next month when they entertain Chile and Germany respectively.

England face Chile on November 15, while Germany arrive in the capital four days later.
