Half-Time Report: Goalless between Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, Club Brugge

The Europa League quarter-final second leg between Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk and Club Brugge is goalless at the break.

The visitors were quickest off the starting blocks as Nikola Storm's effort in the fourth minute was blocked away.

Dnipro then countered with surging drives by Yevhen Konoplyanka and Roman Bezus that missed the target.

In a game punctuated by a myriad of challenges in the middle of the park, Dnipro edged their opponents in terms of efforts and possession, and could have broken the deadlock in injury time when Evgen Cheberyachko headed over from a corner.

The tie remains finely poised as neither side has managed to score yet in either the first leg or the second leg thus far.
