Half-Time Report: Goalless at Pride Park

Goalless at Pride Park

Derby County and Millwall have endured a goalless first half at Pride Park.

Due to other scores, the Lions would currently avoid relegation to League One.

Both sides had chances early on, with a fierce Liam Trotter unsuccessful before Jeff Hendrick tried his luck from 20 yards but watched his shot fly just wide.

The Rams came close just short of the the half-hour mark, but Will Hughes's long-range drive went narrowly wide of the far post.

Derby came close again at the end of the first half when Jamie Ward fizzed a freekick towards Andy Keogh, but his header was denied by David Forde.
