DC United, New York switch playoff legs

DC United and the New York Red Bulls have agreed to switch playoff legs in this season's Major League Soccer.

The sides will now play the first leg at RFK Stadium on Saturday, November 3, while the return match at Red Bull Arena has been moved to Wednesday, November 7.

The alteration was made because the Red Bull Arena is still without power following the effects of Hurricane Sandy.

United and New York finished second and third respectively in the Eastern Conference.
