Sports Mole looks at how Crystal Palace could line up for Sunday's Premier League clash against Brentford at Selhurst Park.

Crystal Palace host Brentford in the Premier League this weekend, with an opportunity to climb above the Bees in the league table if they win.

The hosts come into the clash in fine form, as the Eagles have not been defeated in six matches, a run that stretches back to before Christmas.

Palace boss Oliver Glasner has a few injury concerns ahead of this game, as star midfielder Adam Wharton is out with a groin injury and Jefferson Lerma is recovering from a recent illness, so he remains a doubt for the hosts.

Speaking to the media ahead of this weekend's clash, Glasner revealed that Chadi Riad and Cheick Doucoure will also miss this match due to injuries.

The only other player ruled out for the hosts is Matheus Franca, who is sidelined due to a rib injury.

With Palace in good form and spirits, Glasner is unlikely to make any changes to the team that won 2-0 at West Ham United last weekend, courtesy of two strikes from Jean-Philippe Mateta.

The French striker is expected to lead the line again for the hosts, with Eberechi Eze and Ismaila Sarr in support behind Mateta.

Having kept a clean sheet last time out, Dean Henderson will remain in goal, behind the same defence of Tyrick Mitchell, Marc Guehi, Maxence Lacroix, Chris Richards and Daniel Munoz.

The midfield pair of Daichi Kamada and Will Hughes should also retain their place in the side, as the hosts look to continue their positive start to 2025.
