Cordoba sign Deivid

Newly-promoted La Liga side Cordoba have announced the signing of Deivid from Las Palmas on a two-year deal.

The 25-year-old, who made 41 appearances for Las Palmas last season, appeared in both legs of the Segunda playoff final against Cordoba earlier this month.

A number of La Liga clubs had been linked with the defender, but Cordoba have now officially completed their first signing of the summer.

Deivid has also played for Union Viera, Villarreal and Sevilla.
