Team News: Anthony Stokes handed Celtic start

Anthony Stokes replaces Georgios Samaras in the Celtic attack for the visit to Ross County.

Celtic have called upon Anthony Stokes to lead the attack for the trip to Ross County as manager Neil Lennon makes a number of enforced changes.

The Hoops striker will partner Gary Hooper upfront in the absence of the injured Georgios Samaras.

Scott Brown, Emilio Izaguirre, Mikael Lustig, Adam Matthews and Victor Wanyama also miss out for Celtic, but Tony Watt has recovered from a bruised foot to take up a place on the substitutes' bench.

Ross County are without the services of goalkeeper Mark Brown, who will be replaced between the sticks by Michael Fraser.

Ross County: Fraser, Munro, Boyd, Ikonomou, Kovacevic, Kettlewell, Lawson, Vigurs, Quinn, Scott, Morrow

Celtic: Forster; Ambrose, Wilson, Gershon; McGeouch, Kayal, Ledley, Mulgrew; Hooper; Miku, Stokes
