Juventus run out 2-0 winners against Bologna at Stadio Renato Dall'Ara this evening thanks to goals from Mirko Vucinic and Claudio Marchisio.

Juventus have ran out 2-0 winners against Bologna at Stadio Renato Dall'Ara this evening.

Second-half strikes from Mirko Vucinic and Claudio Marchisio saw off the threat of the stubborn Rossoblu.

In a fairly timid first half, it was the home side who nearly took the lead when Alberto Gilardino was put through with a cutting pass from Archimede Morleo, but Juve keeper Gianluigi Buffon did enough to thwart the Italian striker.

However it was the Serie A leaders who struck first, when Vucinic stabbed the ball past goalkeeper Gianluca Curci just after the hour mark.

Italian international Marchisio made it 2-0 after 74 minutes when he played a neat one-two with Vucinic before sending an effort with the outside of his right foot beyond Curci.

The win means Antonio Conte's side have gone 12 points clear in Serie A.
