Robinson extends Birmingham deal

Birmingham City left-back Paul Robinson has agreed a new one-month contract at St Andrews.

The 33-year-old has extended his stay at the Championship club until November 26 after his previous deal was due to expire on Friday.

Birmingham City manager Lee Clark signed Robinson after several of his full-backs suffered long-term injuries during the early part of the season.

Stephen Carr suffered a knee injury, Paul Caddis was forced to undergo shoulder surgery and David Murphy tore his hamstring.
