Bayern Munich consider Mario Mandzukic return?

Bayern Munich have been linked with a loan move for Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic.

The 33-year-old Croatian international was heavily linked with a move to Manchester United over the summer, but now appears to be considering a return to the Allianz Arena.

Mandzukic made 91 appearances and scored 48 goals for the German club between 2012 and 2014.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Bayern are in advanced talks with Juve over a loan move for the striker with an option or obligation to buy at the end of that period for £14m.

The veteran attacker signed a new contract with the Italians as recently as April, a deal which runs until the summer of 2021.
