Athletico Bilbao held by Sparta Prague

Atletico Madrid have bowed out of the Europa League with a goalless draw against Sparta Prague at the San Mames.

Marcelo Bielsa's side had already failed to qualify for the last 32 before the match, while Prague have finished Group I in second place behind Lyon.

The best chance of the first half fell to the visitors as Jiri Skalak's effort crashed against the crossbar.

Pavel Kaderabek had two opportunities to break the deadlock for Prague at the start of the second half, but the midfielder put both of his efforts wide.
