Report: Arsenal make £18m Geoffrey Kondogbia bid

Monaco midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia is the subject of an £18m offer from Arsenal, according to reports.

The 22-year-old has been linked with several top European clubs in recent weeks, including Manchester City and Real Madrid.

However, Arsenal have now moved to the front of the queue with a formal bid, reports the Daily Star.

Kondogbia, who has three caps for France, joined the Ligue 1 club from Sevilla in 2013.
