Report: Levante to announce Nagore signing

Levante are reportedly on the verge of announcing the signing of experienced defender Nagore on a free transfer from Alcorcon.

It is understood that the Segunda outfit rescinded the 33-year-old's contract last week, freeing him to move into La Liga for the first time in his career.

According to AS, the former Atletico Madrid youth product will be officially presented as a Levante player later this afternoon after passing a medical.

The same report has claimed that Nagore, who has had 11 different teams during a well-travelled career, has been handed an initial six-month contract, which could be extended based on appearances.
