AC Milan to battle Liverpool for Christian Eriksen?

Italian outfit AC Milan are reportedly hopeful of acquiring the services of Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen this summer.

The 21-year-old, who has been linked with a number of European clubs, is regarded as one of the best young talents in world football.

Liverpool have been strongly linked with a move for the Denmark international in recent weeks, but according to talkSPORT, Milan are preparing to hijack that move.

The attacking midfielder has just one year remaining on his current deal with the Dutch outfit.
